John Hughes and Joseph Kutilek formed Magnum Development Corp. in March of 1997. Magnum’s core business at its’ incorporation was developing single-tenant net leased properties for immediate sale. Magnum soon broadened its core business to take advantage of the business relationships of its principals and key employees and built a full-service real estate development company. Magnum Development has completed development projects in 15 states and is primarily active throughout the Midwest and in Arizona and Texas. Magnum Realty, Inc. is the brokerage and property management arm providing services for third parties along with contracting management and leasing services for most of the Magnum portfolio.
